Shipping and Returns:
Products are shipped via UPS Ground Delivery.
Returns. Defective product may be returned in accordance with these terms for replacement or repair only based on manufacturers’ return policies. Buyer must secure written return authorization prior to returning any product. Return authorizations will remain valid for 30 days after issuance. All returns must reference the return authorization number in order to be accepted at Seller’s warehouse. Freight costs for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the Buyer. When a return of product is authorized because it is said to be defective and is subsequently found to be not defective, then the product will be returned freight collect to Buyer with a 15% processing fee.
Inspection of Products. Products shall be inspected by Buyer upon delivery. Notice of rejection or claim for shortages, damaged product, or other nonconformity must be communicated by Buyer to Seller immediately upon receipt of product (any such oral communication to be confirmed in writing not less than 5 business days thereafter), and must specify the particular respects in which the delivery or the products are nonconforming. Buyer shall have no right to exercise any remedial rights until notice of nonconformity has been given to Seller and Seller afforded a reasonable opportunity to cure such nonconformity, if appropriate.
